Bryce Palar is an Assistant Professor of Integrative Business and Management at Knox College, where he has been since 2024. He holds a D.B.A., M.B.A., and B.S. in Business-related fields from St. Ambrose University and Bradley University. His teaching focuses on strategic competitiveness, ethics in financial decision-making, and social approval assets. Prior to academia, he served as CEO of The Oxford University Club, managed international budgets over $50M, and held roles at Triumph Consulting and Case New Holland. Dr. Palar is also President of BP3 Consulting and founded The One Step Forward Together Foundation (501(c)(3)), dedicated to improving breast cancer survivability.
