Bruno Mandić is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek, within the Department of Management, Organization and Entrepreneurship. He has been employed there since 2018 and concurrently pursues doctoral studies in Management. Additionally, he serves as an external associate at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology in Osijek. His research focuses on management, human resource management, organizational communication, digital transformation, public administration, and cultural management. He actively contributes to teaching through seminars and exercises across various disciplines.
His work emphasizes the integration of technology in public and cultural sectors, including studies on QR codes in eco-friendly event management and digital transformation in governance. He explores topics like innovation ecosystems, adult education, and the perception of creative cities. His research also extends to agricultural policy implications in Croatia and EU frameworks. Notably, he engages in sports project organization in Osijek, though this remains outside his academic publications.
