Bruno Ceschel

Bruno Ceschel is an Associate Lecturer at Camberwell College of Arts, specializing in contemporary photography and its intersections with identity, gender, sexuality, and racial formation. He founded Self Publish, Be Happy, an organization curating a mobile library of artists’ books. His work spans writing for international publications like FOAM and Aperture, co-editing the journal Photography and Culture, and publishing numerous photography books.

He has collaborated with institutions such as the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), Whitechapel Gallery (London), MoMA, and PS1 (New York). His research emphasizes critical engagement with photographic practices and the evolving role of artists’ publishing.
