Bruce Umbaugh is a Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Webster University, within the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. He has been at Webster since 1994 and is based at the St. Louis Main Campus in Missouri, USA.

Umbaugh's research focuses on the ethical and philosophical dimensions of technology.
