Bruce Baker is a Professor of African Security at Coventry University, specializing in policing, security, and justice reform in post-conflict African contexts. He is a Senior Security and Justice Advisor for the British government’s Civilian Stabilisation Group and Senior Editor of the International Policing book series (CRC Press).
