Brook Blair

Brook Blair is Professor and Department Chair at the University of Northern Colorado's Department of Political Science and International Affairs within the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Politics from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, M.Sc. in International Relations from London School of Economics, Diploma in World Politics from LSE, and B.A. in Philosophy from The Colorado College.

Professor Blair's research examines political philosophy, history of ideas, and state theory with focus on ideological crises of modernity and fascism. His publications explore Nietzschean subjectivity, postmodern political thought, and international relations theory through critical philosophical frameworks.

His recent articles focus on political subjectivity, poverty discourse, and postmodern critiques of state theory. Publication trends show consistent engagement with continental philosophy applied to contemporary political challenges.
