Brittany M. Bond is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Cornell University's ILR School. Her research focuses on status recognition's role in labor markets, personnel management systems, and organizational performance. She holds a PhD from MIT Sloan's Economic Sociology Program (2020) and previously worked at the U.S. Commerce Department and Census Bureau. Her work has been published in Management Science, Organization Science, and Sociological Science, and recognized with top awards like the Academy of Management's William H. Newman Award.
