Brianne Morettini

Brianne Morettini is Professor and Department Chair in the Wellness & Inclusive Services in Education department at Rowan University's College of Education. She teaches undergraduate elementary education courses, early childhood education, master's-level classes, and doctoral seminars while serving on dissertation committees.

Her research examines preservice teacher development, clinical practice impacts, STEM professionals transitioning to teaching, and teacher resilience. She secured external grant funding to support beginning teachers and develops responsive teaching techniques based on her research findings.

Recent publications focus on inclusive pedagogy (2025), anti-racist teaching through storytelling (2022), teacher mentorship models (2020), and school-university partnerships (2021). Her work consistently addresses equity issues and practical applications for teacher development across educational contexts.
