Brian Shockey is an Assistant Professor of Ministry and Director of the Accelerated Ministry Program at the School of Ministry. He specializes in training Christian leaders, fostering spiritual growth, and equipping students for service in the local church. His academic background includes a PhD in Biblical Studies and an MDiv in Divinity.

Dr. Shockey’s research interests focus on spiritual formation, leadership development, and the integration of the Old Testament in modern church practices. Outside academia, Dr. Shockey is married to Jenny and has four daughters. He enjoys the ocean, comic books, sports, movies, and family time.
