Brian Phillips, Ph.D., CRC is an Associate Professor in the Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling department at Utah State University. With over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation counseling as a practitioner, supervisor, faculty member, and researcher, Dr. Phillips has established himself as a prominent figure in the field of disability studies and vocational rehabilitation.
Dr. Phillips' educational background includes:
- PhD in Rehabilitation Counselor Education from Michigan State University (2011)
- MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from Utah State University (2006)
- BS in Psychology (with Sociology) from Utah State University (2004)
He is also a Licensed Professional Counselor - In Training in Wisconsin (2018) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (2006).
