Brian Lowery is The Walter Kenneth Kilpatrick Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He specializes in social psychology, focusing on how relationships shape identity, inequality perception, and leadership. His research explores themes like racial and gender dynamics, privilege denial, and the social construction of self. He is Founding Co-Director of the Stanford Institute for Advancing Just Societies and leads programs like Leadership for Society and the Black Leaders Program.
