Miguel M. Unzueta is a Professor of Management and Organizations at the Anderson School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He joined the faculty in 2006 after completing his PhD in Organizational Behavior at Stanford University (2006) and BA in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin (2001). His research focuses on the psychological motivations behind subjective diversity understanding and its impact on racial equity in organizations.

As Senior Associate Dean of MBA Programs (2019-2022), he led UCLA Anderson through the pandemic era. He conducts management trainings for organizations like Honda and NBC Universal on negotiations, bias prevention, and decision-making.
