Brian Jacobs is a Lecturer in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business and founder/managing partner of Moai Capital. He co-founded Emergence Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in SaaS and B2B cloud services that received the National Venture Capital Association's VC of the Year award in 2017.
His teaching focuses on angel and venture capital financing for entrepreneurs and investors. With an MBA from Stanford GSB, Jacobs brings 30 years of venture capital experience to his instruction, helping students develop practical skills for startup financing and investment analysis.
