Brian Berkey is an Associate Professor in the Legal Studies & Business Ethics Department at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is also affiliated with the Philosophy Department and the Institute for Law and Philosophy at Penn Law School, as well as a faculty affiliate at Perry World House. Previously, he held visiting positions at Georgetown University and Harvard University.
