Brett Anderson, MD, MBA, MS, is an Associate Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, affiliated with the Jack and Lucy Clark Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Population Health Science and Policy. As Director of the Center for Child Health Services Research in the Mindich Child Health and Development Institute, he focuses on interdisciplinary health services research to address outcomes, value, and health inequities in pediatric cardiac disease.

Dr. Anderson founded the New York State Congenital Heart Surgery Collaborative for Longitudinal Outcomes and Utilization of Resources (CHS-COLOUR), which unites congenital heart surgical centers, researchers, and the Department of Health to study health inequities and develop interventions. His work spans provider characteristics, surgical timing, social determinants of health, and healthcare access. He interacts with industry partners under Mount Sinai's transparency policies and is based at 1160 5th Ave, New York, NY 10029.
