Brendan Ware is a Lecturer in Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University's School of Allied Health, Exercise and Sports Sciences. He joined CSU in 2017 after a decade of clinical practice and previously worked as a physiotherapy tutor at Curtin University.

His research focuses on chronic low back pain and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with participation in quality improvement projects in public health. His recent work includes a 2014 publication in Manual Therapy analyzing sensory characteristics in chronic low back pain subgroups.
Brendan continues to work part-time in clinical settings, specializing in emergency department and intensive care unit physiotherapy. He teaches courses such as PHS313 Foundations of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Practice and PHS314 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Practice.
