Anita R Gross is an Associate Clinical Professor at McMaster University's Faculty of Health Sciences and a lecturer at Western University and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association's Orthopaedic Division AIM Program. A Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and Lifetime Member (2019), her clinical expertise spans temporomandibular joint disorders, neck care, and spinal care. She chairs the IFOMPT/IOPTP Task Force on Paediatric Manipulation (2020-2024) and coordinates the Orthopaedic Musculoskeletal-Manipulative Physiotherapy (OMPT) field of study.

She collaborates with the Head and Neck Arm Hand Research (HaNSA) Group and the 'Which Exercise' initiative for low back pain. Recent work examines spinal manipulation safety in paediatrics and comparative effectiveness of manual therapy versus pharmacological interventions.
