Brenda Elizabeth Brown

Brenda Elizabeth Brown is an Associate Professor in the Mathematics Department at the University of the District of Columbia Community College, with expertise in mathematical logic, curriculum development, and teacher training for developmental education. She holds leadership roles as Chair of the MITE Division's Curriculum Committee and the UDC Faculty Senate Branch Campus/Community College Committee.

Her research focuses on mathematical logic, curriculum development, instruction and assessment, and teacher training for developmental education. She has also contributed to pre-college educational programs through partnerships with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
