Branislav Rovan

Professor Branislav Rovan is a faculty member at the Department of Theoretical Computer Science within the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. He holds the academic rank of Professor and maintains an active research program in theoretical computer science.

His research interests include:

Professor Rovan's recent publications (2014-2023) demonstrate a consistent focus on theoretical aspects of formal languages and automata. His work examines topics such as unary regular languages, language decomposability, finite approximations of languages, and weighted automata models.
