Brandon D. Lundy is the Chair and Professor of Anthropology in the Department of Geography and Anthropology at Kennesaw State University. He holds dual Ph.D.s from SUNY Buffalo and the University of Science and Technology of Lille, France. His research focuses on climate change, sustainable livelihoods, artisanal alcohol economies, ethnoeconomics, transnational labor migration, and indigenous conflict management strategies. He serves as Editor of Economic Anthropology and Associate Editor of Journal of Peacebuilding and Development. Key contributions include co-editing five books, including Indigenous Conflict Management Strategies in West Africa and Teaching Africa. A Fulbright Specialist, he has conducted research in Senegal and Guinea-Bissau on environmental perceptions and conflict resolution. His work bridges academia and policy, emphasizing applied anthropological solutions to global challenges.
