Brandi Junious

Brandi Junious serves as an Adjunct Professor at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and Director of DEI Workplace Wellness at the USC Race and Equity Center. She leads global diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across multinational corporations, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government entities.

Her research focuses on:

• Organizational wellness and strategic workforce diversity planning
• Pay equity analysis and remediation
• DEI-centered change management
• Race, ethnicity, gender, and sexuality in organizational contexts

Junious has partnered with Fortune 100/500 companies, technology firms, and media leaders to advance DEI efforts impacting thousands of employees. She founded Beacon of Light Whole-Person Wellness, a nonprofit promoting holistic healing through creative therapies for marginalized communities.

As an internationally recognized artivist, she contributes to art movements centered on identity and justice. Her work has been featured in CUPA-HR’s Higher Ed HR Magazine, Diverse: Issues in Higher Education, and USC Rossier Magazine.
