Dr. Monique S. Allard serves as Vice President for Student Life at the University of Southern California (USC), overseeing 150 staff members supporting 48,000 undergraduate and graduate students across accessibility services, career development, equity programs, recreational sports, and student conduct. Concurrently, she holds an adjunct assistant professor position at the USC Rossier School of Education.
Her professional journey includes:
- Executive Director for Student Support and Equity Programs at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona
- Director of Student Services at California State University, Los Angeles’ College of Education

Dr. Allard earned her Bachelor of Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, and both Master's and Doctorate in Education from USC.
