Brandi Braud Scully

Brandi Braud Scully, MD is an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She practices at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in Florida. She holds affiliations with the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics and the Harvard Medical School Center for Bioethics. Her research focuses on surgical ethics, integrating clinical practice with bioethical inquiry.

She completed ethics tracks at Baylor College of Medicine and Johns Hopkins, participated in the Surgical Ethics Working Group at Harvard, and holds leadership roles in ethics committees including the STS Standards and Ethics Committee and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Human Values and Ethics Committee.
