Boyd Craig is the Stephen R. Covey Endowed Professor of Leadership and Vice Chairman of the Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center at Utah State University's Huntsman School of Business. He co-founded Leader.org, a nonprofit focused on leadership education for underserved youth, and collaborated with Stephen R. Covey on leadership literature and consulting. His current roles include teaching global leadership experiences and advancing educational practices through The Leader in Me process.

His research and practice emphasize leadership development, educational transformation, and organizational behavior. He has co-developed global leadership curricula and led initiatives in public education reform.
