Lord Michael Hastings of Scarisbrick CBE serves as the Stephen R. Covey Endowed Professor of Leadership at the Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University, with dual affiliations in the Marketing and Strategy Department and the Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center. He has held an active Advisory Board Member position at the Leadership Center since 2018 and delivered a major address to USU Department Heads in 2021, demonstrating ongoing institutional engagement.
