Borna Jalsenjak

Dr. Borna Jalsenjak serves as Vice Dean for Research and Faculty Development at Luxembourg School of Business (LSB). He holds a doctoral degree in philosophy and management from the University of Zagreb (2014) and teaches business ethics and leadership. Additionally, he is an invited faculty member and researcher at Zagreb School of Economics and Management (Croatia), the Faculty of Philosophy and Religious Studies at the University of Zagreb, and the College of Business at St. Ambrose University (US).

His research focuses on business ethics, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and the intersection of leadership theories (particularly motivation theories) with philosophy (notably philosophical anthropology). He is actively involved in an international research project titled 'CSR Education and Research in Central and Eastern Europe' across 14 countries, led by the University of Sussex.

The 15 most recent publications span topics including ethical leadership, AI governance in disaster systems, CSR implementation, and philosophical analyses of organizational behavior. These works reflect his interdisciplinary approach, bridging ethics, philosophy, and management science.
