Boris Antonenko is a doctoral student at the Department of Mineralogy-Petrology, part of the Institute of Geological Sciences at Freie Universität Berlin. His research focuses on geochemical processes in subduction zones and reactive fluid-rock interactions in dehydrating rocks.
Research Interests: Boris investigates the mobilization of isotopically heavy sulfur during serpentinite subduction and develops models for reactive fluid–rock interactions in porous media. His work bridges mineralogy, petrology, and computational geochemistry.
