Bobby Taylor is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Criminology, Law and Society at George Mason University and currently serves as a Lieutenant with the Alexandria City Police Department. He has over 18 years of law enforcement experience spanning administrative, operational, tactical, and investigative roles.
