Bob Watt is a Visiting Professor at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, University of Oxford (2017-2018), and a Visiting Fellow at Mansfield College. Previously, he held a Chair in Law at the University of Buckingham, and served as Head of School and Reader at the University of Essex. His expertise lies in Electoral Law, with extensive contributions to UK electoral law reforms and international human rights standards.
