Bo Edvardsson is a Professor of Business Administration at Karlstad University and a researcher at the Service Research Center (CTF). He holds a prominent role in the field of service management, focusing on service ecosystems, innovation, sustainability, and customer experience. His work bridges academic research and practical business applications, emphasizing the importance of collaborative approaches and institutional dynamics in value creation.
His research interests include service systems design, resource integration, and the role of technology in service innovation. He has extensively explored topics such as service recovery, sustainable business practices, and the transformation of service ecosystems.
