Birthe Soppe is an Associate Professor of Organization Studies at the University of Innsbruck’s Faculty of Business and Management. She specializes in organizational theory, institutional dynamics, and sustainability transitions, exploring how businesses and institutions adapt to grand societal challenges like climate change.
