Cinla Akinci

Cinla Akinci is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) of Management at the University of St Andrews School of Management, with previous roles at the University of Surrey's Business School. She is the Director of Impact in the Department of Management and a member of the Global Research Centre for Diverse Intelligences, focusing on intuition in decision-making and organizational learning.

Her work has been funded by the British Academy/Leverhulme Trust, Carnegie Trust, and The College of Policing.

Recent publications highlight trends in interorganizational learning, discrimination forecasting, and cognitive processes. She has contributed to journals like Organization Studies, British Journal of Management, and Human Resource Management Journal.
