Dr. Minteh's research critically examines policing dynamics, terrorism frameworks, and transnational criminal networks involving drugs, arms, and human trafficking, alongside cybersecurity threats and national security policy. As a former Gambian Army First Lieutenant trained at Turkey's Land Forces Command School and Gendarmerie Officers School, he bridges operational security expertise with scholarly inquiry in criminal justice education.
