Billie V. Deluca is an Assistant Professor of Physics at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) in Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. She teaches fundamental physics courses in dynamics, quantum mechanics, and optics while conducting research in quantum optics and quantum information, collaborating with the Air Force Research Laboratory. She also serves as a branch chief and mentor for military students in their master’s programs.
