Capt Seth H. Garland, PhD is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Space Physics in AFIT's Department of Engineering Physics at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. He serves as Branch Chief for ENP, mentoring military students in Masters programs, and advises thesis research aligned with Air Force Weather operational needs.
