Bhavya Gupta

Bhavya Gupta is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Net Zero Regulation and Policy Hub in the Blavatnik School of Government and the Oxford Martin Programme on Net Zero Regulation and Policy. Her work focuses on comparative climate mitigation policies, sustainable finance, and international climate governance.

• Doctorate (2024) from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore

Her research spans sustainable finance, public policy, and international political economy, with a focus on climate disclosures, transition planning, and green finance mechanisms. She explores the intersection of financial stability and climate risk through central bank policies and low-carbon investment strategies.
