Bharat Ranganathan is an Assistant Professor of Religious Studies and inaugural Brooks Professor of Social Justice and Religion at the University of Nebraska Omaha's College of Arts and Sciences. His work bridges religious ethics, moral philosophy, and bioethics, focusing on issues in clinical and public health contexts. He holds a PhD in Religious Studies from Indiana University and has held prestigious fellowships from institutions like the National Endowment for the Humanities and the University of Chicago's MacLean Center for Clinical Medical Ethics.
