Beverly Louise Brown

Dr. Beverly Louise Brown serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the Warburg Institute within the School of Advanced Study, University of London. Her academic work centers on cultural history with specialized expertise in Renaissance Studies and the transmission of classical traditions through European intellectual and artistic developments.

Her research interests include:

Dr. Brown employs methodologies focused on visual culture analysis and textual scholarship to examine how pre-modern knowledge systems evolved across medieval and early modern Europe.
