Betty Haralambous is an Associate Lecturer at RMIT University's School of GUSS, specializing in social work and gerontology research. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master of Social Work (MSW), and Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (GradCertBA) from RMIT. Her research focuses on ethnic aged care, dementia, and the impact of industry partnerships on field education in social work.
Her academic career at RMIT began in 2019, though she has maintained a longstanding relationship with the university through prior roles managing RMIT Social Work programs at NARI.
