Bettina Perthold is an Associate Professor at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law, affiliated with the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna. She is based at the Juridicum building (Schottenbastei 10-16, 6th floor, Room 627) and works closely with the Vienna Centre for Migration & Law (VCML). Her research focuses on fundamental and human rights, particularly the right to freedom of expression, constitutional law (including parliamentarism and the interplay between real constitution and realpolitik), and hacktivism.
