Magdalena Pöschl

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Magdalena Pöschl is a full professor at the University of Vienna, Faculty of Law, Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law since October 2012. Her research focuses on Fundamental Rights, Legal Protection, State Organization, General Administrative Law, Research Law, Commercial Law, and Migration Law. She also contributes to the Vienna Centre for Migration & Law (VCML) and serves on the fellowship committee for the Austrian Science Fund's scholarship programs.
