Bethany Cockburn

Bethany Cockburn is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Northern Illinois University's College of Business. She earned her Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from the University of Iowa (2018), with additional degrees including a Master of Nonprofit Administration (University of Notre Dame), a Master in Clinical/Community Psychology (University of North Carolina - Charlotte), and a B.A. in Psychology and English (Indiana University - Bloomington).
