Beth Schneider

Beth Schneider, D.B.A., is an Associate Professor of Strategy at the McColl School of Business, Queens University of Charlotte. She teaches undergraduate and graduate strategy courses and provides consulting services to entrepreneurs.

Dr. Schneider’s research examines the strategic implementation of leadership tactics, strategic IQ development, and the strategic processes of emerging market firms. She co-authored the textbook Interpersonal Skills in Organizations, Fifth Edition (McGraw Hill), introducing a novel leadership model for decision-making improvement. Her professional background includes small business ownership and prior roles as management instructor and program director at George Mason University and James Madison University.
