Beth Latimer is a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University's Rory Meyers College of Nursing, where she also serves as Executive Director of the Clinical Simulation Learning Center. With over 30 years of teaching experience, she is a board-certified geriatric nurse practitioner and a recognized leader in healthcare simulation education.

She has led initiatives to integrate disability content into simulation curricula and has developed innovative strategies for teaching evidence-based practice and telemedicine. Her work promotes health equity and patient safety through experiential learning.
Her recent publications (2020–2025) reflect a consistent focus on simulation modalities, debriefing effectiveness, interprofessional opioid safety training, and disability education.
