Dr. Bernard F Bempong is a Senior Teaching Fellow specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Southampton Business School, University of Southampton. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from Southampton (2015), MPhil in Industrial Psychology from University of Ghana, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
