Professor Bernadine Van Gramberg is a distinguished academic leader and governance expert at Federation University, where she serves as Chair of Academic Board and University Council member. With over 25 years in higher education administration, she previously held roles including Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Graduate Research) at Swinburne University of Technology, Dean of Swinburne Business School, and leadership positions at RMIT Vietnam campuses. Her career spans Victoria University, where she chaired Academic Board and led the School of Management.
Her academic qualifications include a PhD from Monash University, dual Bachelor of Laws and Science (Hons) degrees, and multiple postgraduate diplomas in education, dispute resolution, and industrial relations.
Van Gramberg's research focuses on dispute resolution mechanisms, public sector governance, workplace conflict management, and organizational justice.
