Benjamin Priester is a Professor of Law at St. Thomas University College of Law, with over twenty years of experience in legal education. He currently serves as Associate Dean for Accreditation & Online Programs.
Education:
- A.B. in Government from Harvard University
- J.D. from Duke University School of Law (summa cum laude)
His scholarship focuses on constitutional criminal procedure, Fourth Amendment search and seizure doctrines, and judicial factfinding constraints in criminal sentencing. Former roles include Associate Dean of Faculty Development at Florida Coastal School of Law and teaching positions at Florida A&M University College of Law and Florida State University College of Law.
