Benjamin D. Rosenberg is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Dominican University's School of Liberal Arts and Education. He earned his BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado – Boulder and his MA and PhD in Applied Social Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.
As a social-health psychologist, Rosenberg focuses on health behavior, research methods, and survey design. His research integrates social psychological theories of motivation and persuasion to address health and well-being, particularly examining effective persuasive health messages during uncertainty (e.g., post-diagnosis) and irrational motivations behind risky health behaviors like drug use.
