Benjamin Bertram is a Professor of English at the University of Southern Maine, affiliated with the Department of English within the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. His research focuses on sixteenth and seventeenth-century English literature, Shakespeare, ecocriticism, animal studies, science fiction, film studies, and critical theory.
