Ben Sila is a Professor of Finance and Director of Postgraduate Taught Programmes at the University of Edinburgh Business School. He is affiliated with the Edinburgh Centre for Financial Innovations and serves on the editorial boards of Corporate Governance: An International Review and Finance Research Letters.
